Privacy Policy

This page explains what information namietamodi.com collects, why we collect it and what choices you have. The website belongs to Namieta Modi (Glow On Numerology), who offers numerology, astrology and Kundli, Vastu, and crystal and gemstone guidance from Nagpur. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Namieta Modi.

The short version

• The numerology calculators work inside your own browser. What you type into them is not sent to us and is not saved.
• This website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Meta (Facebook) pixel or any advertising tracker.
• If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we use what you share only to reply and to prepare your reading.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

1. Information you give us

WhatsApp and phone. When you call or message us, we receive your name and phone number and whatever you choose to share for a reading. This can include your date, time and place of birth, names of family members, mobile, house or vehicle numbers, and questions about work, family, health or relationships. We use these details to answer you, prepare your reading and arrange an appointment. WhatsApp is run by Meta, so messages sent through it are also covered by WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy.

Comments. If you leave a comment on an article, WordPress stores the name, email address and website you enter, your comment, your IP address and your browser’s user agent (this helps with spam checks). Your email address is never shown publicly. Your name, website and comment are shown with the article. To show a profile picture, a coded version of your email address (a hash) is sent to the Gravatar service run by Automattic. If you have no Gravatar, a plain placeholder image is shown.

Birth details and personal questions are private matters. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

2. The numerology calculators

The calculators on this site (for example Moolank and Bhagyank, Lo Shu grid, name, mobile number and compatibility) run as JavaScript inside your browser. The dates, names and numbers you enter are worked out on your own device. They are not sent to our server, not saved in a database and not stored in cookies or browser storage. When you leave or reload the page, they are gone.

Under a result you may see a WhatsApp button. It opens WhatsApp with a ready-made message that includes the details you entered, such as your date of birth or name. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp, and you can edit or delete the message first.

3. Cookies and browser storage

Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. This site uses only these:

• Login cookies. Set only for the site owner and editors when they log in to manage the website.
• Comment cookies. Set only if you tick “Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment”. They remember those details for one year so you do not have to type them again.
• Page caching. The caching plugin that makes pages load faster may set a cookie (such as _lscache_vary) for logged-in users and people who have commented, so they see an up-to-date page rather than a saved copy. It does not track you.
• WhatsApp chat button. The floating WhatsApp button saves a small note in your browser’s local storage (ht_ctc_storage) to remember the state of the button. It stays on your device and is not sent to us. The button can report a “chat clicked” event to Google Analytics or a Meta pixel if those tools are on a page; neither is installed on this site, so no such event is sent. The button opens WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies to anything you send there.
• Language menu: if you pick a language, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the next page opens in that language, and the menu’s translation script is loaded from GTranslate’s server (cdn.gtranslate.net) when you point at or tap the menu.

The site’s fonts (Cormorant Garamond and DM Sans) are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser fetches them from Google’s servers, so Google may receive your IP address. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The calculators and articles still work without them.

If you choose a language from the language menu, the page is translated by Google Translate, and Google receives the page text and your IP address.

4. Analytics and SEO tools

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, a Meta (Facebook) pixel, Hotjar or similar visitor tracking on this website. We checked the theme, the site settings and the page code on 08/10/2026.

The site uses standard WordPress plugins for SEO, caching and the WhatsApp chat button. The SEO plugin manages page titles, descriptions, sitemaps and search-result markup and does not track visitors by itself. Its Google Search Console connection shows us overall search figures, such as which search terms brought people to the site, not information about any individual visitor. Its 404 monitor records web addresses on this site that could not be found, with the page that linked to them and the browser type, so we can fix broken links. It does not record your IP address.

5. Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting server may keep standard logs of visits, such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. These are used to keep the site secure and working.

6. How we use and share information

• To reply to you, prepare your reading, schedule appointments and follow up when you ask us to.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
• We share information only when the law requires it, or with the services that make the site and your chosen contact method work, such as our web host, WhatsApp or your phone network.

7. How long we keep it

We keep consultation details for as long as they help us answer your questions and any follow-up you ask for. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Comments stay with the article unless you ask us to remove them. Technical records such as 404 logs are kept only while they are useful for fixing links and security.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop using it, by calling or messaging us on +91 94221 02964. Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, gives you rights over your personal data, and we will respect them.

9. Children

Readings for a child, such as newborn baby naming, are arranged with a parent or guardian, who shares the child’s details. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

If the website changes in a way that affects your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.

11. Contact
